RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement robust inventory allocation strategies to optimize placement, boost inventory turns, enhance sales, and elevate customer satisfaction
- Continuously enhance KPIs, focusing on Forecast MAPEs and on-time delivery metrics
- Evaluate forecast accuracy with Critical Path analysis to ensure program adherence
- Foster team growth through mentorship, clear goal-setting, and leadership development
- Collaborate with customers and trade for timely logistics to strengthen relations
- Leverage ERP systems for efficient production scheduling and tracking of finished goods
- Optimize inventory levels to align with production schedules, factoring in safety stock
- Generate work orders and purchase requests aligned with sales trends and customer needs
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing Planning Team
- Effectively resolve complex issues
- Bridge Operations, Sales, and Customer Service for effective communication and order reporting
