Description
Motorclothes Associate will greet and interact with customers to provide an excellent service experience. They will set-up, stage and maintain an appealing retail environment. MC Associates will help customers with their needs, offer additional products that complement their merchandise and finalize the purchase.
Requirements
Customer Service
- Greet guests immediately, in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Provide excellent customer service to all of the dealership's customers
- Work with multiple customers at one time and maintain individual customer satisfaction
- Handle telephone calls quickly and courteously
- Highlight promotions, sales and new items to customers
- Notify customers when special orders or back-ordered items are received
- Handle customer concerns reasonably, showing empathy and a positive attitude while demonstrating our commitment to excellent customer service
Retail Sales of General Merchandise
- Provide prompt and accurate service at the cash register
- Assist Merchandise Manager with attaining retail sales plans
- Conduct or participate in period physical inventory (bin counts, cycle counts, reports, etc.)
- Assist with set-up for special events
- Ensure merchandise displays are stocked, clean and dust free
