Description
General Function:
Under the guidance of the Director and Lead Teacher, the Aide is responsible for assisting with shift responsibilities. These responsibilities include team teaching, student engagement, execution of the daily lesson plans and schedules, room maintenance, positive discipline, communication, and being accountable for the health and safety of each child. In the absence of the Lead Teacher, the Aide is expected to be able to take over the classroom.
Full and Part Time positions available.
Qualifications
- Be accountable for the health and safety of each participant
- Assist the Lead Teacher in planning and implementing the daily curriculum
- Build positive relationships with the children and parents
