Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Subcontractor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently. As a Subcontractor, you will be responsible for executing tasks according to project specifications while ensuring quality and compliance with safety standards. This role is essential for maintaining the high standards our clients expect.

Duties

• Execute assigned tasks in accordance with project timelines and specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers and other subcontractors to ensure seamless workflow.
• Maintain high-quality workmanship on all projects, adhering to industry standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of work completed to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project updates and any issues that arise.
• Manage materials and resources efficiently to minimize waste and optimize productivity.
• Provide feedback on project processes and suggest improvements when necessary.

Required: Must Have Own Insurance, Must Have Own Way Of Transportation, Must Have Own Equipment

Experience

• Proven experience in a relevant field (e.g., construction, electrical, plumbing) is preferred.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations within the industry.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
