POSITION TITLE: Adult Services Practitioner (Full-Time)
JOB SUMMARY: The Adult Services Practitioner provides individual case management and rehabilitative skills services to serious and persistent mentally ill adults and/or adults with a serious mental illness so they may function and remain in the community.
QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of 4000 hours of supervised mental health experience OR a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or behavioral health field from accredited college plus 2000 hours of supervised mental health experience. Driver’s license and proof of insurance coverage required.
SALARY RANGE: $42,853 – $62,224 per year
