This role is responsible for overseeing the security department's overall performance, ensuring the highest level of customer service, kindness, and compassion in all interactions with patients, visitors, and staff.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will have previous security officer experience, a minimum of 1 year of security supervisor experience, and excellent leadership skills. They will be responsible for mentoring and coaching supervisors and officers, facilitating their growth and development while maintaining an exceptional level of professionalism.

The selected candidate will work closely with the Director of Security to establish department goals, objectives, and strategies, and will assume overall management and oversight of the security department in their absence.
