The Research Data Analyst I role involves pulling cohort numbers, outlining data requirements, and managing complex datasets to support medical research efforts. You will work closely with faculty, researchers, and medical professionals to provide data and contribute to advancement of medical research.

- Retrieve, clean, and organize data from various sources ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Fulfill ad-hoc feasibility requests, ensuring data is up-to-date and correctly classified for research purposes.
- Work closely with research teams, faculty, data scientist, and other medical professionals to understand data needs.
- Perform data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency in datasets used for research.
- Develop and maintain self-service tools to empower data discovery for research teams and faculty.
Competencies & Skills
Essential:
- Ability to solve complex problems and produce solutions.
- Ability to effectively communicate results across a broad audience.
- Work effectively in a remote environment.
- Experience in Microsoft Office Products.
- Ability to write SQL statements to extract data.
- Familiarity with Python or R and git.
- Experience producing dashboards/reports for key stakeholders using modern reporting software such as Tableau or PowerBI.
