Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure a pristine environment.
- Carry out floor care duties including vacuuming, mopping, and polishing as needed.
- Manage housekeeping supplies and report any inventory needs to the management team.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist with laundry services as required, ensuring linens are clean and well-maintained.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to resident requests and inquiries related to housekeeping.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations within the hospitality environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or custodial roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
