Job Overview

Duties
- Provide direct resident care, including assisting with daily living activities.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement resident care plans.
- Monitor resident vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
- Assist in the administration of medications as directed by licensed personnel.
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for residents by adhering to infection control protocols.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills in senior care and hospice environments.
Requirements
- Proven experience in senior care or hospice care settings is preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical records systems is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
