What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dishwasher/Busser position at Lakelife Bar & Grill?
We are currently seeking a candidate to fill a Dishwasher/busser position for a casual dining restaurant in our area. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning dishes and utensils, setting tables, busing empty tables and keeping the kitchen area clean. The ideal candidate is creative, hard-working and self-motivated and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Have knowledge of food-handling practices.
- Be proficient at cleaning dishes, utensils, and equipment.
- Know how to handle trash and recycling.
- Have knowledge of inspection criteria and proper food handling procedures.
- Perform food preparation work as instructed by management.
- Communicate with other members of the team.
- Clean and maintain kitchen facilities as instructed by management.
- Be dependable, reliable, and on time for scheduled shifts.
