We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN to join our team! The ideal candidate will have experience in senior care and skilled nursing, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and record vital signs and medical information.
- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
- Provide emotional support and education to residents and their families.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
Requirements:
- Current RN license in the state of Kansas.
- Experience in senior care and skilled nursing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
