Beer and Wine Team Member
LakePoint is seeking individuals who want to play a key role in providing excellent guest experience through our Food & Beverage department. Bartenders will operate a POS System and fulfill beer/wine orders for guests during event operations. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide an excellent guest experience.
- Take guests orders at the counter/kiosk.
- Receive payments and present change to customers.
- Coordinate orders to guarantee timely and efficient delivery to guests.
- Manage the register, including all credit card and cash operations.
- Ensure a balance of the register at the end of the shift or working period.
- Conduct transactions by cash or card utilizing the POS system.
- Responsible to complete till reconciliation form before and after every shift.
- Serving guests in a responsible manner as stated in the alcohol training manual.
