What are the responsibilities and job description for the Head Start Assistant Classroom Teacher position at Lakes and Pines CAC, Inc.?
As a Head Start Assistant Classroom Teacher, you will be:
Responsible for implementing a pre-school classroom of up to twenty children. Duties include providing classroom supervision on a daily basis, conducting one home visit per child, and three parent-teacher conferences for enrolled families.

Qualifications:
· Position requires a preschool Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential within two years of hire- Lakes and Pines provides training opportunities to obtain this
· Less than one year of experience
· Experience working with children ages 0-5
· Must have reliable transportation
· Must have valid driver’s license and current auto insurance coverage in compliance with Minnesota State guidelines on the vehicle used for work related travel
· Ability to effectively work across differences, especially socio-economic and cultural differences
