Outreach and Missions Pastor

JOB FUNCTIONLead the church in sharing the gospel locally and globally by developing outreach and mission opportunities. This role focuses on equipping members to serve others, meet tangible needs, and demonstrate Christ’s love in their neighborhoods and beyond.CORE RESPONSIBILITIESOutreach Plan and oversee local outreach events and initiatives to engage the community, build relationships, and share the gospel in practical and impactful wayEquip and mobilize the congregation to actively participate in outreach efforts by providing training, resources, and opportunities to serve their local communitiesMissionsOrganize and lead mission trips, ensuring proper preparation, training, and follow-up to engage the congregation in hands-on ministry opportunitiesProvide support to the global and local mission partners affiliated with the church, including regular communication, prayer, spiritual care, and crisis assistancePrayer MinistryLead, oversee, train and recruit members for all Prayer Ministry teams (post-service, healing, personal, email, and mission) Men’s EventsPlan and administrate men’s events and gatherings for men to grow in their faith and friendship with one other
