Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain all areas of the facility, including classrooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas.
- Vacuum, mop, sweep, and wax floors as needed.
- Dust and polish furniture and fixtures.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, showers, and locker rooms.
- Keep cleaning equipment clean and in proper operating condition.
- Collect trash and recyclables and place them in designated receptacles.
- Move furniture and equipment as necessary.
- Set up and tear down for special events.
- Shovel snow and apply sand and ice melting materials as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum one year of custodial experience preferred.
- General knowledge of custodial procedures and safety practices.
