Requirements-
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring they remain safe and welcoming for everyone.
- Perform daily cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, and dusting to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, showers, and locker rooms to prevent the spread of germs and illness.
- Ensure cleaning equipment is in good working order and properly maintained.
- Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
- Participate in special projects and events, such as setup and teardown, to support the success of these initiatives.
- Provide exceptional customer service to students, staff, and visitors by responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
Requirements-
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum one-year custodial experience preferred.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
