As an accounts receivable specialist you will be responsible for accurately processing payments on customer accounts, verifying deposit information and researching discrepancies.
Responsibilities may include:
- Data processing - Accurately record and post customer payments in a database – Checks, ACH’s, Credit Cards, NSF’s
- Mail processing - open mail, track change of addresses, look up customer accounts
- Pleasantly communicate with customers (internal and external) addressing questions on accounts as needed
- Cohesively work with coworkers to complete daily and ad hoc projects on a timely basis
- Review and process refund requests

- Must have working knowledge of Microsoft products, specifically excel
- At least 2 years of related experience in Accounts Receivable
