Job Responsibilities
This role involves delivering propane, propane tanks, and cylinders to residential and commercial sites while providing exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering propane and related products in a safe and efficient manner
- Maintaining company and customer equipment
- Performing routine plant maintenance activities
- Inspecting vehicles and reporting needed repairs or maintenance
- Operating handheld tablets for order management and tracking
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Hazmat and Tanker Endorsements
- A clean driving record verifiable by a Federal Motor Vehicle Report
- The ability to pass a DOT physical examination and maintain a Federal DOT medical card
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions
This role requires working outdoors in various weather conditions and may involve lifting up to 75 pounds, pulling delivery hoses, and performing other physically demanding tasks.
