Description
Lakes Region Community Services (LRCS) is currently accepting applications for a full-time (37.5 hours per week) Business Office Administrative Assistant. The position is responsible for maintaining paper and electronic filing systems as needed to support the business, maintaining on-call schedules, updating forms and worksheets, running reports as needed, organizing and setting up meetings, and providing other office support as needed.
The ideal candidate will be proficient with Word, Access, and Excel, have excellent organizational and time management skills, and be able to interact with all staff in a professional manner.
Requirements
Minimum of HS Diploma or GED
Valid NH Drivers' license, reliable vehicle, and agency-determined minimal motor vehicle insurance coverage are required. Satisfactory completion of background and applicable pre-employment physical capacity screening checks are required. We are an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
