What are the responsibilities and job description for the In Home Care Provider / Personal Care Service Provider position at Lakes Region Community Services Council?
Essential Job functions for include :
1) Provide assistance with light housekeeping, which shall include :
- Washing Dishes
- Dusting
- Vacuuming
- Sweeping
- Cleaning the kitchen and bathroom
- Errands such as going to the pharmacy, the post office, or the library
- 2) Provide assistance with the following household tasks;
- Meal Planning and preparation
- Cooking and storing food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- Shopping for groceries, clothing, and other items requested by the individual
- Laundry which includes washing, drying, ironing, and putting away clothes
- Employee assistance program
- Referral program Schedule :
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- High school or equivalent (Required)
3) Provide supervision with daily living such as dressing, eating, medication assistance, ambulation, and socialization
4) Assist with transportation needs
5) Assist with hosting family and friends when they visit individuals homes
Up to $12.84 / hr for In-Home Care Provider and up to $14.50 / hr for Personal Care Service Provider
Requirements
Qualified candidates must have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
Valid NH Drivers' license, reliable vehicle, and agency-determined minimal motor vehicle insurance coverage are required. Satisfactory completion of background and applicable pre-employment physical capacity screening checks also required. We are an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
