Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage multiple tasks will be essential in ensuring a positive experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a friendly demeanor, making them an integral part of our customer service team.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Utilize QuickBooks for billing and account management tasks.
  • Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for customer records and documentation.
  • Perform clerical duties such as data entry, document preparation, and correspondence.
  • Support receptionist functions as needed, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Act as a personal assistant to management when required, assisting with various administrative tasks.
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to better serve our diverse clientele.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service or related fields is preferred.
  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
  • Experience in a professional office receptionist role is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish or other languages) are highly desirable.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
