- Utilize QuickBooks for billing and account management tasks.
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Maintain organized filing systems for customer records and documentation.
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, document preparation, and correspondence.
- Support receptionist functions as needed, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
- Act as a personal assistant to management when required, assisting with various administrative tasks.

Qualifications
