What are the responsibilities and job description for the Veterinary Technician position at Lakes Veterinary Services?
Lakes Veterinary Services, a privately owned, two doctor practice, is looking for a veterinary technician with at least 2 years of experience, certification preferred, but not required. Our office environment is productive and fun. Duties are all aspects of animal care, including blood draws and catheterization and knowlege of medications. Also required is assisting the veterinarian during appointments, treatments, procedures and surgery.
Benefits include paid vacation, holiday pay, pet discounts and very fair compensation. We are looking for a full-time position and one Saturday per month is required.
