We are 100% Dr. owned, growing quickly and looking to add a Certified Veterinary Technician to our team. We have complete IDEXX lab, digital dental/standard rads. Position Summary:
We are looking for a Certified Veterinary Technician that will work closely with our Dr’s. Key responsibilities include:
- Prep patients & instruments for surgery.
- Administer and monitor anesthesia under the direction of the veterinary surgeon.
- Place catheters, draw blood, run labs, prepare medications.
- Perform routine dental cleanings under the direction of the veterinary surgeon.
- Obtain high quality radiographs by positioning patients properly.
- Monitor pet vitals/safety during and after surgical procedures.
- Enjoy getting to know patients and discussing procedures with their parents.
