CREW LEAD – Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY:
The LakeScape Landscape Crew Lead is responsible for overseeing on-site aspects of landscape construction projects, including project execution, planning for labor and equipment requirements, materials deliveries, and timing to ensure completion of jobs within project deadlines. Those who consistently exceed goals, perform at top levels, and push themselves and others to get results will have amazing growth potential within the company.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES:
· Ability to keep crews aligned and complete jobs on time and on budget.
· Time tracking, material tracking, and metric reporting for jobs and crew members.
· Maintain and enforce attention to detail and organization for jobs, equipment, trucks and worksites.
· Ability to read and interpret blue prints and interpret specifications from plans and renderings.
· Communication with clients, management, sales and crews to ensure alignment and completion of projects with high client satisfaction.
· Ensure all work activities are carried out safely and efficiently and all crew members comply with company, industry and governmental safety standards
· Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
· High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
· Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the landscape or construction industry.
· Capable of operating required equipment and tools in a safe and responsible manner.
· Must posses a valid drivers’ license or the ability to obtain one within 120 days of hiring.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
· Work outdoors in various conditions, including heat, humidity, rain, dust, noise and cold.
· Must be able to bend, stretch, kneel and squat to perform installations, repairs and inspections.
· Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
· Prolonged periods of standing and walking.

Pay: $21.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
