THE OPPORTUNITY: We kicked things off in 1984, taking care of the apparel needs for resorts around our hometown of Detroit Lakes, Minnesota. As a Sales Representative, you'll work closely with our National Sales Manager to drive growth and deliver exceptional service to our customers. You'll build strong relationships, expand our retailer base, and ensure our products shine in shops across the country.

TERRITORY: Western Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate would live near Pittsburgh or Johnstown. Seriously, if you live anywhere in the Western half of PA, and this opportunity speaks to you, let's talk.

Schedule: This is all up to you. Travel to accounts, sell the goods, then take time for YOU! Sell more tees, make more money & do it on YOUR time.

DAILY REP LIFE | WOW Our Customers Sell All the Tees Build Relationships Prospect

  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers, including: retailers, resorts, hotels, bars, boutiques, gift shops, and other businesses focused on providing custom merch for their retail customers
  • Promote and provide in-depth knowledge of our resort apparel products, highlighting their quality, uniqueness, the overall brand & how it stand out from the rest in the biz
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions and sales pipelines
  • Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities to expand your customer base
  • Collaborate with our internal teams, to ensure the smooth execution of orders and projects
  • Keep customers informed about new product launches, promotions and industry trends
  • Provide exceptional customer service (have we mentioned our value of WOW Our Customers?!) by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and exceeding expectations
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and market conditions to identify areas for improvement and growth

QUALIFICATIONS | People Person Impeccable Smile Sales Drive Goal-Focused

  • Proven experience in apparel sales, preferably as an Independent Sales Rep, is a huge plus
  • Knowledge of resort apparel market trends and customer preferences preferred
  • Prospecting is your greatest strength (you love the hunt) and you are proactive in seeking new opportunities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong relationship-building abilities
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, capable of working independently to achieve sales targets
  • Effective closing skills with the ability to listen and ask the right questions to get customers exactly what they need (again, WOW Our Customers...)
  • Adaptable to changing priorities and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems, including Salesforce
  • Willingness to travel | Boots on the ground makes for more tees on the shelves (follow-up is part of your daily task list)
  • Proactive in making sure customers have product at the ready and are satisfied with our service levels
  • Proud to show your sales and scouting activities as indicators of progress, impact and success
  • Must have an ability to recognize our culture, contribute to it, and be a part of it
  • Go with the flow mentality; able to switch tasks at the tug of a t-shirt (remain NIMBLE & open-minded)
  • Must love dogs (we kinda like them and we hope you do, too)
