This Sales Intern will be responsible for managing the ticket booth on game days, selling tickets and group outings throughout the season. This intern will work weekly office days to complete in-office tasks before heading to the stadium for each home game. The Sales intern will be in charge of entering prospect information into CRM, fulfilling all ticket packages each day.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Cold calling local businesses, organizations, and fans regarding group outings and season ticket opportunities
- Coordination and logistics of group outings and season ticket packages
- General sales (single game tickets, fundraising tickets, complimentary tickets)
- Collecting and entering/updating client and prospect information into onlineticketing system and CRM
- Ticket and mail fulfillment•Preparing will-call tickets for game days
- Providing customer service via in-person, phone, and email
- Stadium Box Office duties will include: selling single game tickets, distributing will-calltickets, ticket taking, scanning tickets, selling 50/50 raffle tickets and managing fanassistance center
- Liaison to season ticket holders, groups, and sponsors at the stadium•Assist with setup and take down of stadium box office.
- All other duties as assigned
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Attend stadium set up & take down prior to and following the season
- Attend player/mascot/organization appearances/tabling opportunities in the community
- Promote team and promotions using unique marketing techniques
- Quality and accuracy of work
- Must be available for all Chinooks home games (which include weeknights, weekends, and someholidays)
- Must be available for any Chinooks related special events
- Completion of assigned tasks on schedule
- Cooperation, responsiveness, dependability, and proper attitude in dealing with others including co-workers and customers
- Conformance to company personnel, safety, quality, and housekeeping policies, procedures, andpractices
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Must be a current student (undergraduate or graduate)
- Comfortable interacting with all levels within the organization as well as outside contacts
- Strong time management and attention to detail
