As a Service Porter, you will be responsible for assisting guests with their needs, managing vehicle parking, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide outstanding customer service throughout their visit.
- Manage valet parking operations, ensuring vehicles are parked safely and efficiently.
- Assist guests with luggage and other personal items as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests to address inquiries or concerns.
- Drive vehicles, including manual transmission cars, with care and attention to detail.
- Perform routine checks on parked vehicles to ensure they are secure and in good condition.
- Provide additional support in guest services as required, contributing to a positive hospitality experience.
- Maintaining shop cleanliness
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Experience in valet parking or similar roles is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to drive various types of vehicles, including manual transmission cars.
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or in hospitality is advantageous.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
