As a Behavioral Health Clinician at LCHC, you will:
· Deliver Compassionate, Equitable Care: Provide patient-centered mental health and substance use disorder services to support and improve overall well-being.
· Be Part of an Integrated Care Model: Deliver evidence-based, quality care with the support of a collaborative team, including Medical, Pharmacy, and Dental providers.
· Serve as a Behavioral Health Expert: Work closely with an interdisciplinary team while offering your expertise to address diverse behavioral health needs.
· Expand Access to Care: Help break barriers to care by focusing on the needs of underserved communities.
· Innovate and Collaborate: Thrive in an environment that values innovation, continuously addressing the intersection of health and behavioral health needs.
· Shape the Future: Mentor and collaborate with students training at LCHC, contributing to the growth of the next generation of care providers.
