Key Responsibilities:
- Regularly inspect properties to identify areas requiring maintenance or repair.
- Manage repairs and maintenance with vendors to ensure proper care of the property.
- Supervise outside contractors working on the property.
- Troubleshoot any needs for the property.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Two years of experience in building trades, plumbing, repair and replacement maintenance, or handy work.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
