The Maintenance Technician will work in different environmental conditions, such as heat, cold, wind, and rain. The ability to lift 50-100 lbs following appropriate safety procedures, stand for long periods, crawl in small spaces, and walk/climb stairs is required. The individual must be able to detect auditory and/or visual emergency alarms. Regular property inspections and maintaining public areas in a clean and safe fashion are essential responsibilities.
