A Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing various tasks to maintain the quality of the community and public areas in a clean and safe fashion. This includes supervising outside contractors, preparing inventory homes for sale or rent, troubleshooting needs for the property, and adhering to all maintenance and purchasing directives.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency.
- Requires a minimum of two years general experience in building trades, plumbing (interior and exterior required), repair and replacement maintenance or handy work.
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills required.
- Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
- Ability to use email.
- Must have a valid driver's license with 3 years of good driving history.
