Senior Facilities Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform regular property inspections to identify and address maintenance needs.
• Purchase supplies and materials for routine maintenance tasks.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors.
• Maintain pools, landscaping, utilities, roads, signage, clubhouse, and other community amenities.
• Ensure public areas are clean and safe for residents and guests.
• Troubleshoot property issues and provide timely solutions.
• Supervise outside contractors working on properties.

Qualifications

• GED or High School diploma required.
• Minimum two years experience in building trades, plumbing repair, and replacement maintenance or handyman work.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills required.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
• Ability to use email.
• Valid driver's license with three years good driving history.
