Responsibilities
- Perform regular property inspections to identify and address maintenance needs.
- Purchase supplies and materials for routine maintenance tasks.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors.
- Maintain pools, landscaping, utilities, roads, signage, clubhouse, and other community amenities.
- Ensure public areas are clean and safe for residents and guests.
- Troubleshoot property issues and provide timely solutions.
- Supervise outside contractors working on properties.
Qualifications
- GED or High School diploma required.
- Minimum two years experience in building trades, plumbing repair, and replacement maintenance or handyman work.
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills required.
- Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
- Ability to use email.
- Valid driver's license with three years good driving history.
