SCOPE:
The Sr. Regional Manager reporting to VP of Operations is responsible for overseeing all phases of the operation in a portfolio of communities, including, but not limited to, business plans, sales goals, marketing positioning, asset quality, financial objectives, and facilities management. In addition, lead of all personnel and resources so that the portfolio is maintained at all times in good physical condition with a stabilized financial operation. Expected to adhere to all applicable fair housing laws governing real estate operations, leasing and management/ maintenance services.
RESPONISBILITIES:
- Interview, hire and train staff.
- Mentor, coach, supervise, and develop staff.
- Evaluate staff performance.
- Follow and execute all corporate policies and procedures.
- Approve purchases beyond the budget of the Community Manager/Regional Manager.
- Manage locations, staffing, and additional supervisory roles.
- Train and Develop Community and Regional Managers.
- Communicate company’s strategic directions.
- Manage to ensure all financial objectives are met.
- Establish budgets for each community.
- Assist communities with customer service/retention initiatives.
- Develop and implement corrective actions for any operational deficiencies.
- Perform property visits in the manner established by Lakeshore.
- Coordinate with other departments regarding key focus areas.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or better in a Business or related years of experience in the field;
- 5 years of Regional Management experience, retail, hospitality, and/or Mobile Home Management;
- Experience as a multi-site/multi-unit manager;
- Excellent organizational skills to provide efficient and timely follow up to deadlines;
- Able to plan and execute effective strategies that have led to measurable business growth;
- Strong financial, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Travel requirement up to 30%.
- Efficient in Microsoft Office Suite

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Frequently required to sit; Occasionally required to talk or hear; While performing the duties of this job, the noise level in the work environment is usually moderate; Occasionally required to lift up to 10 pounds. This role requires airline travel.
COMPENSATION: $120K - $130K (Based on Experience) eligible for quarterly bonus equal to 25% of salary based on meeting performance targets.
LOCATION: Tampa Region (Hybrid) must be able to travel the portfolio weekly, out of state travel may be required due to coverage area and additional travel required for out of area meetings.
