Job Description:
We are looking for an individual committed to making a positive impact in the lives of our Members. As a Member Service Representative you will provide exceptional service, quality support for all LFCU's consumer products and servicing. You will also have the opportunity to assist Members with daily transactions and service requests.

Responsibilities:
- Effectively run member transactions
- Balance a cash drawer
- Fraud prevention: Verifying identification, detecting counterfeit currency, following security protocols
- Performing account maintenance
- Maintain positive relationships with Members
- Promoting products and services to Members
Qualifications:
- Adaptability: Adapts to change, open to new ideas, takes on new responsibilities
- Ability to interact with Members to proactively uncover needs while maintaining our Member centered culture
- Knowledgeable of all credit union products/services
- Minimum of 1 year Credit Union or Banking experience as a Member Service Representative
