A deep understanding of design engineering is essential, as is the ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels. In this role, you will ensure best practices and coach your team to deliver production-ready designs that meet customer expectations. The position also requires expertise in the principles of plastic part design, complex part assembly and GD&T. Applicants should have a minimum of 10 years of design engineering experience with an emphasis on toys or children’s products and plastics.
