Job Description
We are currently seeking a 1st Shift Supply Associate to join our team . In this role, you will perform a variety of consumable supplies activities for all departments and their office needs. You will ensure that supplies are in ample supply and stored and deployed in an organized and timely fashion. The position also requires providing support to the Outbound, I / C and Inbound teams as required. Applicants should be able to operate a cherry picker, dock stocker, clamp truck and power jack safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate also possesses a forklift certification.
Please note that this position is open to internal candidates only. External candidates who apply will not be considered for this role.
A day on the job looks like this :
- Ensuring all supplies are deployed to work areas or needed areas to maintain a constant supply of materials on the floor at all times
- Decrementing inventory from HighJump as deployed to various workstations
- Replenishing pallets of corrugate to Order Start at start of shift and on demand
- Supporting the repositioning of inventory to and from VAS mezzanine as needed
- Unloading, receiving and putting away all incoming supply inventory
- Conducting inventory audits once a month to ensure accuracy of inventory levels
