Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct routine care to tenants under the supervision of the RN or AL Clinical Manager - Participate in the development and modification of the tenant Plan of Care - Assign and monitor nursing tasks or activities of unlicensed nursing staff - Collect and report tenant health data - Implement interventions delegated, ordered, or prescribed by the RN or physician
