LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse Position
We are seeking a skilled LPN to provide high-quality direct routine care to our residents. This role involves working under the supervision of an RN or AL Clinical Manager and adhering to established standards and protocols.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the RN and physician team.
- Collect and analyze health data to inform care decisions and identify areas for improvement.
- Delegate tasks to unlicensed nursing staff, monitoring their performance and providing guidance as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of resident care and communication with the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications:
- Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
- Current Minnesota License as a Practical Nurse.
- Current Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and emergency care.
