We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position will be responsible for the majority of the administrative, new resident, and new employee documentation. The Administrative Assistant assists the Executive Director in the daily business aspects of the office, manages timekeeping processes, month-end processing and continues the maintenance of employee records.
Experience:
- Experience in Administrative experience, 2 or more years.
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Word and Excel
Responsibilities:
- Complete and maintain resident admittance and discharge records
- Maintain resident information and keep contact information updated
- Understand record keeping requirements adopted by the state regulatory agency, as well as Lakeshore Senior Living policy and procedures
-Provide tours as needed
- Manage all office functions, to include, but not limited to, month-end reconciliation, ordering of supplies, collection of payments, maintenance of state files
Physical:
- Must be ablet o lift or carry up to 50lbs
-Physical activity involves sitting, walking, standing, carrying, bending, lifting, hearing, talking and repetitive motions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
