Lakeshore Sport and Fitness is currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic team in the Food and Beverage department, specifically for our rooftop Harvest and 1320 Market venues. Food & Beverage Positions:

Executive Chef: Lead our culinary team in creating innovative and delectable menus for Harvest and 1320 Market. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in upscale dining, menu development, and kitchen management.

Sous Chef: Assist the Executive Chef in overseeing kitchen operations, including food preparation, staff supervision, and maintaining quality standards.

Food and Beverage Manager: Lead and inspire a team of culinary and service professionals to exceed guest expectations. Oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, scheduling staff, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Line Cooks: Prepare and cook menu items with precision and attention to detail. Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is preferred.

Bartenders: Craft exquisite cocktails and provide exceptional service to our rooftop patrons. Knowledge of mixology and a passion for creating unique beverages is essential.

Servers: Deliver an unforgettable dining experience by providing attentive and friendly service to our guests. Previous serving experience is preferred.

Bussers/Runners: Support the front-of-house team by ensuring tables are cleared promptly, assisting with food delivery, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining areas.
