A hospitality team member is responsible for...
- Providing excellent customer service to club members.
- Cleaning and sanitizing fitness machines & work-out equipment.
- Maintaining cleanliness of locker rooms, which includes : the ability to sweep and mop floors, clean restroom stalls, floors, toilets, and urinals. Thorough cleaning of shower areas, steam rooms, whirlpools, and saunas.
- Restocking all health & beauty supplies, collecting, washing & folding laundry, and repeatedly inspecting the club for proper orderliness.
- Maintaining cleanliness of common areas of the facility including sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting fixtures, wiping down countertops, glass cleaning, taking out trash, etc.
