What are the responsibilities and job description for the Swim Instructor part-time (Saturdays) position at Lakeshore Sport & Fitness Lincoln Park?

Our Swim Instructors direct and leads participant(s) through explanation, demonstration, and guided practice. This position is at our downtown location 211 N. Stetson Ave.
Responsibilities :
- Take attendance when needed.
- Schedule lessons three-five days in advance.
- Follow Emergency Action Plan when needed.
- Fill out required records and reports on schedule.
- Communicate regularly with participants and their parents.
- Report any unsafe conditions or equipment to the club management.
- Complete additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Director.
- Adapt teaching approaches to all ages, skills, and abilities of participants.
- Use skill demonstrations and positive reinforcement while teaching new skills.
- Enforce all aquatics facility policies, rules, and regulations; educate patrons about them.
- Monitor teaching, practice, and equipment areas to ensure the health and safety of participants.
