- Lead kids through a range of afterschool programs ranging from sports, recess games, and more. Coordinate programming and staffing schedules.
- Participate in daily instruction.Engage kids in activities throughout designated spaces, getting them excited to participate.This is an active role the requires both the planning and participation of activities
- Be a leader in the space, ready to show up with a positive attitude and solution oriented mindset
- Hiring, training, and scheduling of team members
- Build camp programming schedule including activities, supplies, and a schedule of where kids will be. Work directly with the Director on building out the schedule
- Plan and coordinate field trips, themes, and other fun ways to make the camp season exciting
- Meet revenue and sales targets as they relate to the department
- Review weekly revenue with the ability to pivot programs based on enrollment and feedback
- Support the team in marketing events to drive enrollment
- Work within a larger team of managers and directors that are dedicated to a culture of professionalism, ownership, team work, quality, and celebration. Be ready to work hard and celebrate your wins with your team!
- Have experience working with kids. The idealcandidatehas experience in camps or after school programs is preferred
