Responsibilities
- Oversee the elementary aged curriculum in daycare and the middle school aged programming in the afterschool program.
- Create a schedule of activities for engaging activity throughout the week.
- Work with team members to deliver high quality programming during program hours.
- Provide a safe, fun, and caring environment for all kids.
- Stay engaged in play and an active participant in the space.
- Be creative and thoughtful in planning activities for all age groups.
- Be the "Director of Fun" and bring quality engagement to all ages-especially the older kids!
- Communicate well to parents and caregivers to offer the best experience for all members and kids.
- Assist with Kid's Programming events as needed
- Create Staff Schedule and help with staff coaching and training.
- Be aligned with our team member core values. We are looking for someone who is professional, takes ownership, and it a true team player!
- High school diploma preferred.
- Prior experience with children required.
- Must be able to complete a Criminal Background report.
- Ability to lift children and hold babies.
- Ability to be on your feet throughout the shift.
- Typical shift is 10am-6pm with some weekend requirements
