- Coach small group fitness classes with a max of 8 people. Offering personalized coaching and modifications to fit the clients needs. Small group classes range in theme from kettlebells, power lifting, cardio, circuit training, foam rolling and more.
- Team members use the class template and have the chance to create their own class workout and playlist.
- Ability to jump in and train clients one on one.
