Job Title : Part-Time AR / Billing Clerk
About the Role
Lakeshore Talent is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented AR / Billing Clerk to join a small and dynamic team in Denver. This individual will report directly to the Finance Office Manager and contribute to the smooth operation of accounts receivable and billing processes. This role will start as a contract role and have potential to move into a permanent opportunity and full-time.
Location : Denver, Colorado (near I-25 and US 36)
Pay Range : Up to $28 / hour (depending on experience)
Schedule : Flexible part-time hours (4–6 hours / day), within office hours of 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM. Potential to increase to full-time if the role transitions to permanent. This role will be 100% onsite.
Employment Type : 4-month contract, with the potential to transition to a contract-to-hire role.
Key Responsibilities
- Process payments through an online system and mail.
- Assist with monthly tasks such as reading water and sewer meters (training provided).
- Support general accounts receivable, billing, and accounting duties.
