We are currently seeking a detail oriented, quality driven, proactive, and professional HR Data Manager to support a global organization based in Denver, CO.
The HR Data Manager is pivotal in maintaining the integrity of HR data across various systems and platforms. This position will involve analyzing HR data, implementing quality control procedures, and providing insights to support decision-making processes. The role extends to collaborating with cross-functional teams to address data management issues and ensure accurate reporting.
Contract Length: This position will start as a 6 month contract with potential for extension and/or permanent hire
Location: Fully remote
Pay Rate: $32-$38 hourly (depending on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Manage HR data entry and integrity into SAP and SuccessFactors
- Create and update documentation for HRIS processes and procedures
- Support system maintenance testing requirements and enhancements
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure ongoing data accuracy and reliability
- Conduct data audits and identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Provide user support for HR reporting tools and create ad hoc reports as needed
- Collaborate with technical resources to design and implement new reports
- Deploy exception reports to maintain data integrity
- Adapt to evolving responsibilities and contribute to team efforts as needed
Qualifications:
- 2 years of prior experience with HR Data Management
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms is required, experience with SAP and SuccessFactors specifically is highly preferred
- Experience working in an in-house business setting rather than vendor or outsourced operations is preferred
- Proficiency in French is a bonus
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
