The position offers a competitive salary range of $110K - $150K , depending on experience.
Work Schedule :
Monday to Friday, occasional on-call after hours, with over 40 hours per week during high-demand periods.
Position Summary :
The Project Manager will oversee mechanical projects, managing the lifecycle from start to finish. This role requires onsite presence, subcontractor coordination, and project management to ensure quality and profitability. Most projects will be in the Denver metro area, with about 20% travel to Fort Collins and Colorado Springs (company vehicle provided).
Key Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues, maintaining confidence and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Manage project progress, timelines, and administrative tasks (RFIs, change orders, billings).
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet safety and quality standards.
- Foster relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
