Lakeshore Talent is partnering with a global insurance brokerage in their search for a Producer. This is a business to business sales role seeking individuals who are comfortable cold calling and developing new relationships. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction at every touchpoint.
Details:
- Hybrid position based out of Wisconsin (option of 3 offices: Waukesha, Waunakee, or Wausau)
- Pay is 70K base pay with uncapped commission and incentives

Responsibilities include:
- Generating and pursuing new client opportunities
- Presenting services and solutions to potential clients ensuring clients are educated on the value and offerings of the company
- Closing new business deals; retaining clients by fostering strong business relationships
- Developing new clients through referrals or cold calling
- Assisting in client contracting and necessary paperwork; maintaining accurate client records and regulatory updates
- Ensuring clients receive the optimal coverage, including quoting and follow-up
- Providing technical support and product education to clients
- Collaborating with your team to meet sales targets
- Maintaining industry memberships and licenses
- Staying up to date on the company’s core business partners and their products
- Participating in ongoing education to expand industry knowledge
Requirements include:
- 3 years of business to business sales experience
- Confidence in cold calling and sales techniques
- Experience selling to a specific industry is a plus!
- Must obtain the appropriate state licensing within 90 days of hire
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous insurance experience is advantageous
- A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
