Lakeshore Talent is in search of a Pharmacy Lead Shipping Technician in Boulder, CO! This is a Direct Hire, permanent opportunity that will start immediately.

Pay Rate : $25 – $26 per hour

Location :  Boulder, CO

Schedule : 7 : 30 AM – 3 : 30 PM

The Lead Shipping Technician is responsible for ensuring the accurate packing and distribution of medications, maintaining record-keeping for patient information and company records, and providing workflow oversight for the shipping team. This position will also manage coordination with shipping agencies or couriers to ensure efficiency and compliance.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities :

• Oversee and monitor the workflow and productivity of shipping technicians.
• Manage inventory and returns (with pharmacist approval), verify quantities, and report shortages.
• Track medication expiry dates and rotate stock accordingly.
• Serve as a liaison between customers, providers, and the pharmacy to ensure a positive client experience.
• Act as a subject matter expert in all shipping and receiving functions.
• Train and onboard new shipping technicians.
• Provide real-time feedback and assist leadership with performance management.
• Ensure shipment accuracy by monitoring delivery addresses, timeframes, and addressing delivery exceptions.
• Purchase and order supplies from vendors and couriers as needed.
• Support quality assurance initiatives and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Perform standard Shipping Technician duties when needed, including packaging and staging pharmaceutical supplies for delivery.
